These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Asia818 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at asia818.cam ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by Asia818, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain a valid Account on Asia818, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Asia818 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. This threshold applies regardless of any lower age of majority applicable under local law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of Asia818 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Asia818 permits only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of Asia818 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have previously requested permanent account closure on this Platform.

When creating an Account on Asia818, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Asia818 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
• Notify Asia818 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Asia818 staff will never request your password — any communication purporting to do so should be reported immediately.

Asia818 conducts KYC verification as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Players will be required to submit valid identity documentation — including a Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months) — prior to processing any withdrawal request.

By accessing and using the Asia818 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conditions govern your permitted use of the Platform:

• You may only access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment activities.

Asia818 reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews of Account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Such reviews may involve requests for additional documentation, temporary withdrawal holds, or other reasonable verification measures. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any such review process.

Asia818 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Malaysian players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking), and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and Ethereum (ETH).

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction for e-wallets and bank transfers.
• E-wallet Processing Time: Typically 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Bank Transfer Processing Time: Typically 30 minutes to 3 business hours, subject to banking system availability.

Asia818 reserves the right to request additional identity verification or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion for players who have not yet completed identity verification. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has selected a cryptocurrency payment method.

Asia818 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and seasonal promotions (including Deepavali Festival promotions). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Players must fulfil the stated wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When active bonus funds are in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and the voiding of any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Unfulfilled wagering requirements after expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome or deposit bonus may be active per Player Account at any given time. Players must opt out of an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse Prevention: Asia818 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings, and suspend any Account where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated multi-account play, or any other form of promotional exploitation.

Asia818 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of each promotion before participating.

All bets placed on the Asia818 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport- or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant event or game type:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only upon receipt of a system confirmation message. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Asia818 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error or system malfunction. Players will be notified and the applicable stake refunded.
• In the event of an event cancellation (e.g., a Liga Super Malaysia or EPL match abandoned before completion of the required period), bets will be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Live betting (in-play) bets are accepted at the discretion of Asia818 and may be suspended at any time without notice during an event.
• Any bet placed after the official start time of an event (for pre-match markets) may be voided by Asia818 at its discretion.
• Asia818's trading team reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual Player Account at any time.

Results for all sporting events will be determined in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. For casino and instant games, the outcome recorded by Asia818's system at the time of settlement shall be final, subject to any technical dispute resolution process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Asia818 Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting, enabling, or facilitating a minor in accessing the Platform.
• Using automated software, betting bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information, or engaging in any coordinated activity to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Exploiting system bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through technical exploitation will be voided and the Account suspended.

• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal on deposits made to your Account without first contacting Asia818 support to resolve the matter.

Asia818 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Asia818 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

All content on the Asia818 Platform, including but not limited to the Asia818 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio-visual materials, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of Asia818 or its duly licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Asia818.
• Use the Asia818 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use any automated system to scrape, extract, or collect data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Asia818's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The licence granted to you under these Terms terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asia818, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, technical faults, or maintenance periods, even where such interruptions affect live bets or active gaming sessions.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game content providers, or telecommunications infrastructure providers.
• Losses resulting from your own decisions to place bets, claim bonuses, or engage in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including Account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited activities.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Asia818 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Asia818 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Asia818 support.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Asia818 maintains archived versions of previous Terms which are available upon written request to the support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asia818 holds its operational licence.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim relating to your use of the Asia818 Platform, you must first contact the Asia818 Customer Support team to attempt resolution through our internal dispute management process. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days for standard complaints.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or arbitration service as determined by the applicable licensing authority. The decision of any such ADR process shall be binding on both parties.
